Indictments Follow Drunk Driver Death in Osage
Mrs Julius Deponcheless indicted for liquor selling in connection with the death of John Wivier after his car crashed while under liquor influence. Her husband faced manslaughter charges earlier but was discharged for lack of evidence. Henry White and Wilbur Pottle also indicted on statutory charges and pleaded not guilty.
