Lincoln Circle Plans Civil War Memorial Park Dedication
Lincoln Circle at a meeting of the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic announced a ground donation by Governor Hammill and the executive council for a tree park memorial on Capitol Hill Des Moines to honor Civil War soldiers.
