Iowa Dairy Association Cattle Congress Opens at Electric Park
The Iowa State Dairy Association and Cattle Congress hold three days of convention sessions and dairy cattle exhibits at Electric Park. The creamery and dairy machinery exhibit fills a 206 by 120 foot pavilion with 10 by 10 foot booths and a central band stand framing butter and milk displays. Northey Refrigerators from Waterloo furnish a large cooler, with plate glass panels and inside lighting. Cattle are housed in new permanent barns adjacent to the hall, with a show and judging ring between the machinery hall and barns.
