Storing Sweet Potatoes In Proper Conditions

Sweet potatoes must be stored in a warm dry place with good air. A cellar that is moist is unsuitable. a furnace area is unsuitable. Keep in crates or open boxes on a raised shelf away from floor level. A reasonably heated room or kitchen shelf works well. Keep in cordon with opposite needs from Irish potatoes.
