Local Plant Moves To City After Closure

The manufacturing plant and offices of the company have moved to the city. The plant here was closed Tuesday night, leaving many workers unemployed. Payroll was about $500 monthly. Lack of capital to manage the dryer led to selling. The Combination company does not plan to cease here, only to shift focus to other specialties and develop them into paying ventures.

New Plant Acquired by Waterloo Parties

Parkersburg Eclipse reports the Combinations company has disposed of its seed corn dryer patent to Waterloo. The transfer marks a strategic asset move as Waterloo gains intellectual property tied to drying technology for seed corn operations.
