Shepherd Estate Equally Shares for Wife and Son

Shepherd, president and treasurer of the Bartles Shepherd Oil Co., died in an automobile accident and leaves his estate to wife Lucie Bartles Shepherd and their son Joseph Bartles Shepherd in equal shares. Executors to divide stock to the wife and son with one half of the rest of the real and personal property to each, and the son's portion to be paid as he reaches age 21 and as specified.
