Presbyterian Synod Set Annual Session in Vinton
The forty second annual meeting of the Northwest Arkansas Synod will convene October 12 to 16 in Vinton Virginia. Clergy and lay leaders from Presbyterian bodies across the state will gather for sermons, reports, Sabbath school programs, and talks by Rev. J Gresham Machen and other educators. Delegates will conduct business, elect trustees, discuss Christian education, and close with a Tuesday evening program led by Dr. Speer and a Coe college glee club song service.
