London reports Danish Socialist leader T Stauning proposes a conference of the Socialist Internationale next month to pursue broad peace. Forthright support from Vorwaerts of Berlin says German Socialists back the idea and oppose restricting participants by passport regimes.
Washington November 28 The post office department announced an order permitting Christmas and New Year greetings in sticker form alongside addresses next month but suspends during December an earlier rule that unmailable any matter bearing adhesives or stickers on the address side except postage stamps
