I Shall Worry Tyrants and the Parent Trail
A reflective piece on the "I shall worry" tyranny used by parents and wives to restrict others, especially women, from safe activities. It argues danger should be weighed intelligently, not lead to needless control, citing a Boston postmaster’s wife who chose support over fear and prompted his brave flight. The writing praises restraint and respect for others' experiences over constant worry.
