N Good longtime La Porte resident dies at Mrs Martha Pheim home after eight months with enlarged heart from lifting strain. Born Feb 29 1855 near Whitestown Indiana he lived in Black Hawk county Iowa as a youth then returned to Indiana and later moved back to La Porte. Survived by father 82 Milford Illinois daughter in Indiana sister in Malotte Indiana and a Carpenters Union of Waterloo member. Funeral Thursday at 2 pm Bishop Avenue Evangelical church Rev Killaren officiating burial West View cemetery.
