Prizes Awarded in Waterloo Library Book Essay Contest
In Waterloo the juvenile department and National Children's Book Week sponsors honored Robert Kenny and Dorothy Pedersen as top winners from about 400 essays on My Book Friends. Prizes were two high standard books. entries came from sixth and seventh graders.
