Peters Denial and Growth in Grace, A Sunday Lesson
The lesson contrasts Peter's fear and denial with growth in grace through Christ. It notes Peter’s afar off follow, his warning by Jesus, and his later repentance, urging Christians to rely on Christ not self and to avoid worldly warmth. It emphasizes vigilance against the devil and the need for sober faith.
