Ford Ford Deadly Weapon in Assault Case
An information filed by county attorney E. J. Wenner accuses Frank Frost and Nick Sadler of assault with intent to inflict great bodily harm by driving a Ford automobile at Nick Sadler in Fox township. Sadler and his two sons, plus township trustees, witnessed the incident as Frost allegedly attempted to strike with his car while Mrs. Frost held him back. Frost claims he sought cover behind a post after dodging a fender impact. The municipal court filing cites that on Nov 4 Frost unlawfully and feloniously drove at Sadler with intent to injure.
