Picketts Labor Attitude Praised
A Waterloo letter to the Courier quien praises Hon. C E Pickett for voting against an amendment to the Sherman Anti Trust bill. The writer, W Summerhays ex president of Local 459 I Moulders Waterloo, argues labor should support the representative who favors equal rights and a square deal and notes Pickett employs union labor at home. The letter urges voters to decide based on his past votes and calls him a friend of labor. Dated November 4.
