Court Names Temporary Receiver in Contract Case
Represented, brought action to have the contracts covering the deal set aside. Pending the hearing of the case W. RR. Laybourne of Grandy Center was named by the court as temporary receiver. The hearing yesterday was for a termination of such receivership.
