Waterloo police apprehended Bob Eldred of Waterloo C Ramstock of Chicago and Frank Kennelly of Duque after a Waverly robbery of Tom Collins Friday night. Collins had withdrawn 60 dollars at Commercial National Bank and was robbed at Illinois Central depot. He reported the incident to Waverly officials who alerted local authorities.

Three Men Arrested After Rock Island Train Hold Up
Lieutenant Garrison ordered officers to surround the Rock Island train arriving at about 2 o clock Sunday morning. Ramstock Kennelly and Eldred were taken into custody after a struggle that left one victim bruised and two teeth missing. Man Found Dead Lying on Floor in Shell Rock Home
Patrick Hayes, long time resident, was found dead yesterday morning in his Shell Rock home. He had been ill for some time but remained about his place and town. He had a nephew who lived in Woodbury County and a sister Mrs Bridget Borland in Ireland. Funeral services were held this morning.
