Waterloo 1926 Vision Echoes City Planner Robinson
The piece reflects on waterloo's 1926 progress and the 1910 Robinson plan for riverfront parks, street alignments, and a city hall. It notes unrealized railroad fixes, river drive ambitions, parks like Gates and Cedar Board improvements, and how Waterloo has pursued beauty with limited funds and shifting priorities.
