A Romance of Strenuous Affection Chapter of a Ranch Race
Speed and Covington clash with Skinner in a plotted race to win a prized phonograph. Cowboys, feuding foremen, and a house party set the stage as Speed trains under Glass while Skinner cheats to fix the outcome. In a brutal final stretch Speed fights fatigue, wins by tearing the ribbon first, then collapses.
