Water 15 Fuel Claims From Brazilian Scientist

London May 20 UP Water in various forms as an explosive and as a cheap fuel for steam engines is described by Dr Walter von Hohenau a Brazilian scientist. He reports at the World Fuel conference that by electro magnetic vibrations water releases hydrogen and can be used to produce heat units far beyond the energy input. He says voltages of 10 to 26 volts and frequencies from 800000 to 1000000 vibrations per second yield up to 779 horsepower per horsepower energy. If vibrations rise above 5000000 per second hydrogen decomposes and water becomes explosive. Existing engines and boilers can burn the gas in small plant. Scientists question the energy claim but may gain insights into efficiency.
