Four-man rule in Centralisation faces club objections
Objections to the four man rule surface across several clubs in the Centralisation league. President M. EB. Justice notes the rule would require unanimity to be thrown out, with Rapids Burlington Keokuk and Waterloo set to vote against, Muscatine among those curious about impact. Doc Andrews claims his club gains strength but calls for rule change. Egan cites issues releasing players with limited pro tenure, while managers warn reductions to thirteen men after May 25 may force salary cuts to avoid losses.
