Wang Wins Suit to Rescind $13,000 Contract
Miss Rosalie Wang prevailed in district court against Wang & Miller in a case over a $13,000 contract. Judge BB Stiles ruled the fraud evidence supports rescission and found the defense of laches ratification and estoppel unproven, with a decree in favor of the plaintiff to be prepared for submission.
