Bluesky case won by defense in first blue sky suit

Cedar Rapids May 12 After 22 hours the jury returned a verdict for the defendant in the Kenwood Lumber Co. vs Emil Benesh guardian of John C Armstrong. The suit claimed notes were obtained by fraud amid alleged stock scheme with Canfield. Initial juror split left a lone holdout until 1 p m Wednesday.
