Youth Tried Twice for Offenses Judge Gives Him Freedom
Roland Aubrey was discharged the second time for the same offense in police court this morning. He and Burg were found not guilty due to faulty information, while the others forfeited bonds. A second information charged Aubrey and Burg with disturbing the peace. Aubrey was rearrested, Burg left town. The judge dismissed the case again. One other defendant charged with parking a car in front of a theatre had the case dismissed.
