Farm Hand Sues Owner Over Bull Attack for 16500
Sam Petroff, a former worker for Mert Gibel near Sioux City, sues for 16500 in federal court alleging the bull attacked him while gathering eggs on April 22 1919. He claims 800 medical costs 10 months lost wages 70 dollars monthly and future losses 3500 with 2500 for past pain 4000 for future pain and 5000 for loss of health due to neglect of precautions.
