Board Reviews Barclay Project and Awards Three Contracts
The county board adjourned this morning to study the Barclay township drainage plan district No 9. They plan to act after an inspection and resumed at 2 p m. Yesterday afternoon contracts were awarded for district No 10 to Chris Hanson for 5106 72 and district No 12 to Nicholson and Blunt for 19576 05. The tile contract went to the Iowa Pipe and Tile Co of Des Moines. A German World War I veteran received 20 premiums, a wage increase noted today.
