Gideons Gather for Joint Services at Area Churches
Gideons from four camps meet at Brown Church Marble Rock and Coldwater Church west of Greene with Methodist Episcopal Lutheran and Congregational churches in Plainfield. Mason City Marshalltown Cedar Falls Waterloo camps join Little Brown Church in the Vale near Nashua at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Marshalltown male quartet travels to Waterloo tonight then to Nashua tomorrow and back to sing Sunday at Walnut Street. Sunday morning Gideons take part in worship at Methodist Episcopal Baptist and Christian churches.

Juvenile Hospital at Toledo Project Awarded
The Iowa state board of control has awarded a $92 337 contract to G F Construction to build a two story L shaped juvenile hospital at the Toledo state home. Other items include a dormitory for Ames and a Burlington factory for $109 000 and a Red Oak church building for $24 050. A prisoner expectant mother granted bond to await appeal.
