Supreme Court Upholds Virginia Sterilization Law
Washington May 3 INS government health officials predict an improved race of Americans as sterilization laws spread. With 20 states enforcing such laws against imbeciles epileptics and habitual criminals, medical experts say mental defectives will gradually be eliminated and America could become a normal mental race. Dr Claude C Pierce acting surgeon general calls the decision a feeble step toward a super race while noting no hardship on sterilized individuals.
