Aagans rookies fall to Marshalltown in twin bill

Waterloo Ragan's rookies lost both ends of a decisive doubleheader to Marshalltown. Saturday's 8 to 3 defeat featured wild pitching and erratic fielding by Waterloo, with Stimson's control shaky and Maddern scoring on a misplay. Sunday’s 14 to 5 contest showed similar miscues as Waterloo’s infield booted balls and threw away chances, while Krisinger and Lindner offered some shine for the visitors.
