City Council Delays Action on Storm Sewer Protests
At the session last evening property owners urging review of Home Park storm water assessments learned no action would be taken until council members complete a personal survey of the district. The body deferred a sidewalk resolution to add more sections and awarded a short Sherman street sewer job to Dearborn Construction after a 100 percent petition. The council also approved necessary paving repairs and discussed dirt patching with Kentucky rock. They authorized budget provisions totaling 484 325.68 and approved purchasing two Henderson motorcycles for mounted traffic duty.
