Davenport March 22. Scott County Bar Association unanimously adopted a report urging disbarment proceedings in district court against the Kaufmann & Willis law firm and especially Charles B Kaufmann. The grievance committee cited three client complaints alleging misconduct and improper methods, with potential for criminal charges.
