Draws announced at 10:30 a m pair East Hansell vs Canases Jesup vs Fairbank Marble Rock vs Peach et Postville vs Namorton Dike vs Shell Rock Orange Township vs Rudd Quasqueton vs Dunkerton Nora Springs vs Waterloo Cedar Falls vs New Hartford Tonight contests begin at 7 with West Bend vs Hudson on the north floor and Quasqueton vs Dunkerton on the south floor. Second round games follow later tonight with winners meeting in the morning session.

Mother Finds Baby Dead in Crib After Nighttime Vigil
Robert Charles McClure, three months old, son of Mr and Mrs Clyde McClure of 07 Kingsley Avenue, was found apparently strangled in his crib during the night. He had been vigorous at 2 am but appeared dead by 7 40 am. Physicians attributed choking as the cause. no heart or other disease evidence. Services set for 3:45 pm Saturday at Peterson Bros chapel. his parents and a brother Clyde William, three years old, survive.

Truck Collisions Reported on Thursday in City Streets
Several motor trucks were involved in accidents yesterday including trucks owned by Northwestern Bell Telephone Company and Union Mill Company colliding on this Hess Street at 4943. Both vehicles were damaged at 4 40 p m. A Bartlett and McFarlane coal truck collided with a G W G unidentified vehicle.

Mulberry crossing switch engine accident injures driver
At 8 30 p m Harry Davis of 2178 Hammond avenues was slightly injured when his truck struck an automobile owned by L B Johnson parked in front of Johnson s home at 416 South Mulberry crossing. Both vehicles were damaged.
