Waterloo Business College Diplomas Awarded in Semester Exercises

A large audience at the Syndicate theatre witnessed Waterloo Business College semi annual graduating exercises. A class of for ce A won with a 54. Others included Anna Bhancowlee Margaret Brucher Lou Hunter Gladye Martin Edwa Weller. Nina Wilcox led the alumni medal contest with 58.6. Alfred Halverson topped the rapid calculation contest with 20 points and the school medal. Bruce Gates Joe Hagerman Camila Metcalf received medals or honorable mentions. A class play, The Last Loaf, drew hearty applause with Bruce Gates and Gertrude Wangler delivering standout performances.
