Des Moines March 15 The supreme court struck down a Woodmen of America bylaws clause ruling local camp officers cannot waive rights or ignore provisions. The case involved Barbara B Colver whose husband Lewis died under liquor influence and had a Woodman policy. evidence showed camp agent knew of liquor use but kept accepting dues.
