Waterloo Iowa council met in special session at 4 30 pm March 5 1978 to hear objections to sewer cleaning and repair plans on Berth Avenue Church Street Campbell Avenue and Home Park Boulevard Major Tibbitts presiding Present Blough Lawson Link McFarlane Robinson Absent Fish No objections were filed and resolutions 6173 and 8168 were adopted accepting sewer work plans and the Sleg Construction bid for repairs. Bridge bid discussions followed with W C Wilson adjusting bid for piers and the council adopting resolution 6177 accepting his offer. The meeting adjourned with City Clerk Chas C Mackar signing.
