The body of B. A. Wickham, 68, noted contractor and financier, was discovered last night in a locked basement room of his Council Bluffs residence by his brother and Police Captain Schaffer. He appeared to have died soon after returning home Monday afternoon amid long illness and recent family tragedy. Wickham held local banking and business roles and had wartime contracts and past legal disputes. his survivors include his son Bernard and seven sisters. Funeral arrangements have not been announced.
