Order of De Molay to Be Organized for Water Oo

Local chapter of the Order of De Molay, for the sons of Masons aged 16 to 21, plans meetings at the Masonic temples in Water Oo. The movement began in Kansas City in 1919, now claims about 3,000 members, and aims to foster duty to God and neighbors, while promoting clean living and respect for parents and free institutions. Frank Landage aided a boy lacking a father, leading to nine youths meeting and forming the order. Frank Marshall authored the ritual and the first degree was conferred April 1, 1919. Dad Land remains adviser to the chapter.
