Henry Huenemuelier of Tripoli was held to the grand jury in Waverly on assault with attempt to commit great bodily injury after a February 19 incident at the Rettig home in Tripoli. Mrs Rettig was splashed with liquid in her face, injuring eyes and neck, with the man fleeing the scene. Bonds set at $1000, posted by his brother John, and he remains in jail awaiting grand jury action.
