New Clover Has Great Promises for Agriculture
Ames Iowa March 6 a new clover called Annual White Sweet has been discovered by H D Hughes at Iowa agricultural experiment station. It grows four to eight feet in four months and could improve soil fertility as a green manure and honey source. Seed trials begin with free samples this spring and the variety is believed to be a new introduction not a European form.
