Des Moines March 2. Gov. Harding will not call a session of the Thirty-eighth general assembly after March 15 to revise the code. He may issue a statement on his attitude, and it is believed the code commission work is too incomplete for a special session. It is also deemed too late to print revised code before January 1921. The code commission law is viewed as faulty and not fully compliant as written.
