Cyclist Struck by Automobile in Cedar Falls

Cedar Falls Ia June 21 Special Mr Berry an Iowa Dairy Separator works employee in Waterloo was struck by a car on Main Street while riding home from work. The auto driven by a Stout physician struck the rear wheel causing a fall and arm injuries. the driver speed not suspected. Other items note Lyren society delegates return from Wisconsin Boy Scouts camp opening and a Commercial club talk on municipal progress and a lawn social event with fundraising.

Fifteen year old Louisa Sack dies after illness

Louisa Sack fourteen of Mt Vernon township dies after four months with Bright's disease at home. Born Niinels May 1897 she moved with family to Black Hawk county eight years ago. Funeral Friday at Logan Avenue Evangelical church Waterloo with 1 pm service and 2:30 pm church service. Interment in Fairview cemetery. Family includes parents Ira and wife and sisters Mrs Ansel Moore and Florence. Revival of local shows and park theatre notes follow.
