Oelwein Man Files Injunction Over Bond Dispute

Franklin Benjamin, former owner of Oelwein Light Heat and Power, files for injunction against Richard W. Saunders and Charles Norton of Hyde Park Bank Chicago. He alleges they tried to obtain 19999 dollars worth of bonds, after he sold the company last October and 40000 dollars in bonds were issued to him.
