Airplane Designed by Rusty Campbell in Frivolities Show
Rusty Campbell of Moline designed the airplane used on stage in the Riviera Frivolities of 1928 at the Cou rier-Riviera theater. Casey Jones enters in the aircraft in a climactic highlight, with a 150‑strong Waterloo cast rehearsing at the Elks club. Ingram Productions, a major regional company, staffs over 50 directors across 15 states and trains directors in a summer school, while more than 16 000 young people rehearse for its productions.
