Iowa Paving Drives 70 Miles in Four Counties
Des Moines June 17 Hard surfacing projects in the 1926 Iowa road program focus on four counties Polk Scott Linn and Marshall. About 70.29 miles will be paved with most primary highways in these counties completed this year. Total improvements on primary roads will reach about 500 miles with 200 miles of primary roads scheduled for travel and 100 miles of unimproved roads converted to permanent grade.
