Pioneer Showman Wo Williams Dies After 21 Circus Seasons
Funeral services were held for Wo Williams a Manchester resident and famed circus veteran born 1849 in Earlville New York who joined the P T Barnum troupe at 15 and traveled across the United States and beyond with major tent shows. He later toured with Spooners Rah Luchanan and others before settling in Manchester with his wife Henrietta Rector.
