Three Drownings in Flood Waters Reported
On June 1 in Clarinda Roy and Earl Depew drowned after their team panicked on a flooded road and the wagon plunged into deep water. Mrs Depew and Josephine Depew escaped with their lives. Roy died while trying to save his younger brother.
