Dreyfus-Hane & Wolferman Inc of New York filed for receivership of Maisner’s women’s ready-to-wear store at 220-222 Fourth Street East. Maisner confessed judgment for 279.97 and agreed to Steely as receiver with a 5000 bond. Judge G W Wood ordered Steely appointed, noting insolvency and creditor claims.
