High Court to Hear School Vaccination Rule Appeal
Des Moines July 24 Special The Iowa Supreme Court will review Worth county case over whether school boards may bar pupils lacking vaccination orders from attendance. District Judge H M Kepler upheld the Manly board rule requiring vaccination within three years, while case originated with Carl Bachne. The court refused injunction, ruling board discretion stands unless clear abuse of power is shown.
