Motorist Injured In Highland Streetcar Crash
J. J. Person of 148 Polk street suffered a bad cut above the left eye and bruises when his auto collided with a Highland streetcar at Independence avenue and Jane street last night at 1. He was taken home by ambulance after several stitches were placed in his forehead. The streetcar reportedly stopped before the crash. witnesses said the car swung around the corner leaving little room.
