Iowa Workmen's Comp Payment Rules for Minors Questioned

A trustee chosen by the district judge must handle payments to minors or dependents and report annually, but trustees have not yet been appointed across counties. Other Iowa notes cover state education funding for an agricultural building at Iowa State College and health engineering collaborations, plus a divorce petition in Manchester.
