Waterloo Woman and Suffrage Effort recounted
A Waterloo article recounts Washington state suffrage organizing led by a correspondent who describes eighty clubs, a four month Olympia legislative presence, and a quiet but persistent campaign to win a three fourths majority. It quotes activists on what women want and the need for the ballot to protect homes and rights across the nation. Special attention noted for ladies and children at Crystal theatre.
